Intrusion is a great flash action shooter. Take tons of enemies, better playability than Thing-Thing (you can actually dodge fire in this game!), fun ragdoll physics and a wide array of weapons and you have, in addition to having Intrusion, an excellent bit of side-scrolling.

Intrusion is a very easy to control game. You simply need to use WASD to control movement, and the mouse to aim. From there, your job is to hop around, dodging fire, taking out enemy commandos and snagging new weapons.

As the game uses ragdoll physics, you get some goofy death animations from your enemies… but it’s all part of the general fun of playing the game. Taking out a rocketpack soldier only have him get shot around the level on his still powered up rocketpack is pretty satisfying.

The controls for the game are a little loose, but the game is also forgiving regarding platforming and enemy fire, so all in all, it still makes it good fun to play.
