Sprout is probably my very favorite type of Flash game, and it’s a type of game that you can really only find on the web. It’s a short, creative and has its own brand of logic. It’s a similar feel to the Eyemaze games, but in its own sort of way.

Your goal is to take a seed and allow it to change and grow and travel. When the seed sees other plants, it gets the notion of how to grow into that particular plant and the type of plant it can become changes how it can travel through the landscape.

The game is very relaxing to play. It’s a pleasant concept presented beautifully. The art of the game is a great, hand-drawn, home-grown look that is really appealing. It’s the kind of game that I’ve actually found myself going back to play a couple of times even after I’ve solved it. It’s just that much of a nice experience to play.
